As Capacity Planning Manager, you will own cross-functional initiatives that optimize the transportation network for Last Mile and Middle Mile operations. You’ll drive data-driven improvements, define metrics, and standardize best practices across the ATS organization in Barcelona. Your work will tackle complex optimization challenges, scale large-scale projects, and contribute to a culture that prioritizes safety, speed, and sustainability. This is an opportunity to shape planning strategies that improve reliability and cost efficiency for customers.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree xqbhyrx or above
• Experience communicating with diverse groups (Technology, Product Management, Accounting, CS, Senior Management)
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Access, SQL)
• Experience identifying and solving complex problems through data analysis
• Stakeholder management and communication skills
