360° IT Recruitment Consultant - Dutch Speakers

Are you currently working in hospitality (restaurant, bar, hotel) , retail , customer service , or any client-facing role and looking for a career where your energy, communication skills, and ambition truly pay off?

Languages: Fluent Dutch or English (French is a plus)

What you’ll do (we train you from scratch). This is a 360° role, mixing sales, recruitment, and relationship management.

Business Development & Sales

This role is idóneo for commercial, sales-driven profiles with experience in client-facing environments, such as hospitality, retail, telesales, call centers, customer service with KPIs, or entrepreneurship.

Salary expectactation:

- Junior Recruitment Consultant (Entry-level) with €23,000 base salary and estimated first-year total compensation: €23,000–€30,000

- Recruitment Consultant (Experienced) with €25,000 base salary and estimated first-year total compensation: €25,000–€38,000
