In this role you will strengthen Emburse's security posture within a fast-growing AI-powered fintech platform. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to implement security controls, respond to incidents, and drive secure development practices. The position blends hands-on security operations with policy and risk management to protect customer data and enable scalable innovation. You will help shape the security strategy and mentor others in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Manage security tools and systems (SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, vulnerability management)
• Monitor, analyze, and triage security events, alerts, and logs to identify threats
• Perform incident response activities including containment, eradication, and recovery
• Investigate security incidents, determine root cause, and recommend remediation
• Execute incident response playbooks and SOPs
• Triage and manage bug bounty submissions, code scanning results, and vulnerability findings
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to embed shift-left security in the SDLC
• Experience with DevSecOps, DevOps,



CI/CD pipelines, and secure code development
• Assist with internal/external vulnerability scanning, segmentation testing, and penetration testing programs
• Create and maintain security metrics and dashboards for leadership
• Stay current with evolving threats and best practices; propose security enhancements
• Administer and monitor IAM systems, enforcing least privilege and periodic access reviews
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and controls for privileged account management
Responsabilidades
• Senior security experience with leadership xqbhyrx and mentorship
• Strong knowledge of security principles, technologies, and best practices
• Experience with SIEM, IDS, and vulnerability scanners
• Deep cloud security knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Scripting/automation proficiency (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
• Incident response and forensics experience
• Understanding of ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
