In this role you will own and drive the regional PA agenda within BCG's TMT Practice, focusing on commercial rhythm and people health. You will partner with senior leaders to shape regional strategy, governance, and execution, while ensuring clear momentum across EMESA and beyond. You will leverage data and AI-powered tools to generate insights, support business development, and align the People agenda with commercial priorities. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role in a matrix environment that shapes regional transformation and growth.

• Collaborate with the RPAL and leadership to develop and implement the regional strategic plan
• Refine and implement the regional operating and governance model
• Drive execution of the regional strategy with priorities across EMESA and leadership levels
• Oversee the region's commercial rhythm: account management, pipeline, and commercial excellence
• Track and synthesize commercial data with AI-assisted insights for leadership
• Support business development discussions with RPAL and sector leadership
• Link commercial plans to the People strategy and delivery




• Partner with Integral People Leader to advance the TMT People agenda and manage the People base
• Lead engagement strategy for the Expert base and regional people initiatives including DEu0026I and PDPC
• Automate recurring operational processes using GenAI to increase efficiency
• Organize regional meetings/events and produce content for leadership and client showcases
• Drive internal communications to maintain clarity across a dispersed team
Responsabilidades
• Relevant experience in strategy or consulting (in-house consulting acceptable)
• Master's degree or MBA preferred
• Structured thinking with strong analytical problem-solving
• Excellent organizational, xqbhyrx planning, and project management skills
• Understanding of the TMT space; experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to operate autonomously in a matrix organization
• Strong interpersonal credibility and ability to influence senior leaders
• Strong written and verbal communication; German language a plus
• Data fluency and comfort with analytical tools; proficiency with AI-powered platforms, Excel and PowerPoint
• Comfort with GenAI tools and ability to create simple AI-powered workflows
• Ability to handle confidential client and internal information
