Digitize the German midmarket with us as a Payroll Operations & Process Manager

Your Tasks

- Coordinate and manage payroll preparation processes and ensure data accuracy
- Act as the main point of contact for payroll providers, Finance, and internal stakeholders
- Define, document, and optimize payroll and people operations processes
- Maintain and ensure the quality of payroll and employee data within HR and payroll systems
- Drive standardization, compliance, and process transparency across locations
- Support international collaboration with nearshore teams
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements

- Several years of experience in payroll operations, payroll administration, or payroll preparation
- Experience with payroll systems such as ADP and HR systems like rexx or similar solutions
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, data quality, and process management
- Experience working with external payroll providers
- Knowledge of labor law, compliance, and data protection requirements
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Fluent in English language skills, German is a plus
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
