Join us as a Customer Support Specialist and become the voice of our fintech products for customers across multiple markets.
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist based in Marbella to deliver outstanding service to our international client base. You will handle day-to-day customer queries, resolve issues efficiently, and help ensure every customer interaction reflects the quality and reliability of our brand.
What You'll Do

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve account, product, and technical issues, escalating where needed.
- Maintain clear, accurate records of customer interactions and follow up until resolution.
- Work closely with internal teams to relay customer feedback and flag recurring issues.
- Support onboarding of new customers and guide them through our products and services.
- Contribute to improving support processes,
FAQs, and documentation.
What We're Looking For

- Fluency in Spanish and English, plus Armenian or Russian.
- Based in or willing to be based in Marbella.
- Previous experience in a customer support, service, or client-facing role.
- Strong communication skills with a patient, solutions-focused approach.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized while managing multiple customer conversations.
- Comfortable working with digital tools and learning new systems quickly.
- Experience in fintech, banking, or a related regulated industry (Nice to have).
- Familiarity with CRM or helpdesk software (Nice to have).
