In this role, you will define, implement and support industrial means for an automated spacecraft production line, ensuring on-time, on-cost, and on-quality delivery. You will lead collaboration with engineering and supply chain to optimize manufacturing methods and digital tools. You will drive automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement to support space electronics production and testing. This position offers the opportunity to influence production ramp-up, tooling strategies, and shop-floor support in a high-tech aerospace setting.

• Define and implement industrial means aligned with process requirements and ergonomic standards for spacecraft equipment automation
• Manage supplier relationships to guarantee delivery on time, cost, and quality for industrial means
• Lead Design for Manufacturing perspectives in collaboration with Engineering
• Define automation, machine programming, and maintenance roadmap
• Specify digitalization requirements compatible with the Production tool suite




• Provide shop-floor support and troubleshooting at the industrial means level
• Drive process improvement and best practices across Quality, Cost, and Time
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, PPS) and define industrial means requirements
• Participate in multifunctional teams for PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA and key characteristics
• Simulate production scenarios and plan ramp-up directions
Responsabilidades
• Higher Education in Aeronautic, Industrial or Electronic Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in automation and machine programming xqbhyrx for production/test systems
• English proficiency
• Digital mindset with automation and scripting experience
• Knowledge of electronic manufacturing and test processes is a plus
• Proactive, organized, autonomous with strong teamwork
• Continuous improvement orientation
