In this role you will shape the strategy and performance tracking for Fever's Business Development team. You will serve as a key liaison with C-level and founders, designing strategic initiatives to meet the business plan. You will establish reporting frameworks to monitor performance and guide decisions, analyze results for opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive revenue growth. This position offers high exposure to executives and the chance to impact a fast-growing global leader in live entertainment.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Shape strategy and performance tracking for the Business Development team
• Act as point of contact with C-level, founders and SVPs
• Plan, design and implement strategic initiatives to achieve the business plan
• Define reporting frameworks for commercial teams to monitor performance




• Analyze results to identify inefficiencies, trends and growth opportunities
• Partner with Business Development leadership and cross-functional teams to define action plans
• Support strategic planning and forecasting to meet targets

Responsabilidades xqbhyrx
• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, Growth or Analytics
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
