We are looking for a Project Adaptation Lead - Electric Motors to join our international projects.

Responsibilities

-

- Plan and manage key activities for electric motor projects, ensuring deadlines are met through supplier coordination and validation plans.

- Establish electrical/electronic requirements files, define algorithms for battery/motor control, and oversee component obsolescence management.

- Supervise industrialization of electric propulsion systems, propose process improvements, and report progress to CPA leadership in RAP/HIPC meetings.

- Conduct technical arbitration across mechanical/electronic teams for worldwide hybrid applications.

Qualifications

-

- Bachelors in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering + Masters/PhD in electronics, batteries, or automation preferred.

- 5+ years in automotive, specifically electric motors/BMS development, tuning, and validation.

- Proficiency in simulation tools (MATLAB/Simulink, INCA) and electric energy storage systems.

- Languages: English C1 mandatory; French B2/C1 desirable.





- Strong analytical skills, cross-functional leadership, client orientation, stress resistance.
