Join our exciting new venture in Barcelona! We are opening women's fashion retail stores and are looking for a passionate Store Manager with a love for fashion, retail, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily store operations: sales, inventory, visual merchandising, and overall performance.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve targets.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience and build customer loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs): sales, stock levels, conversion rates, etc.
- Implement sales strategies, promotions, and in-store events.
- Ensure high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising.

Requirements:





- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in fashion retail (preferably women's fashion)
- Strong passion for fashion and good knowledge of current trends.
- Proven leadership skills, results-oriented mindset, and excellent customer service.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluent in Spanish
- Currently residing in Barcelona or willing to relocate.
