As a Senior Solution Architect at VTEX, you will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable commerce solutions for enterprise clients across both B2C and B2B business models. You will work closely with clients throughout the project lifecycle, from understanding business challenges and defining the solution architecture to supporting implementation, delivery, and ongoing evolution.
This role combines strong technical expertise, business understanding, project ownership, and client relationship management. You will help clients translate complex business needs into clear, actionable, and scalable solutions, while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the expected business impact.
Supporting clients and partners throughout implementation and project delivery.
Helping ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and with the expected business outcomes.
Facilitating discovery, business planning, and digital strategy workshops.
Working with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and systems integrators to deliver successful projects.
For this position, you are required to attend the Barcelona office four days a week, from Monday to Thursday, with remote work on Fridays.

You have experience designing and delivering complex digital, commerce, or enterprise technology solutions.
You understand software architecture, APIs, integrations, data flows, and distributed systems.
You have experience working on implementation or delivery projects with multiple teams and stakeholders.
