Lead the finance function during the pre-opening phase, establishing structures, processes and financial strategy.
Manage budgeting,



forecasting and long-term financial planning processes.
Ensure compliance with Spanish financial regulations and internal standards.
Drive performance analysis and provide insights to improve profitability and efficiency.
Build, lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
Ensure all financial activities are aligned with corporate governance and brand standards.
Strong knowledge of financial principles and Spanish regulatory frameworks is essential.
Experience working with international organisations and collaborating with integral HQ teams.
Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
A proactive, hands‑on and adaptable approach suited to a fast‑paced and evolving project environment.
