We're a fast-paced, fully regulated online Sports-betting and Casino operator. We are looking for a Paid Social Specialist to join our team!
The Paid Social Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing paid social media campaigns that drive online traffic and revenue to the company's website/app. This includes managing budgets, create copies and creatives requests, targeting audience segments, and analyzing campaign performance.
Developing, implementing, and optimizing Social Ads campaigns to maximize return on investment.
Analyze online trends, consumer behaviors, and market dynamics to inform advertising strategies.
Design and refine marketing funnels to optimize customer journeys from awareness to conversion.
Establish and monitor KPIs such as conversion rates and prediction performance metrics.
Conduct A/B tests, analyze data, and produce reports for continuous optimization.
Generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance, funnel analysis, and ROI/ROAS providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align online advertising with overall performance and marketing goals.




Continuously analyze data to identify opportunities and challenges within the online strategy.
Identify and pursue new opportunities for growth by testing new advertising solutions and tools
2-3 Years experience in running advertising campaigns on social media platforms with high monthly budget
~ Knowledge of advertising tools such as Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, X Ads, etc.
~ In-depth knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices.
~ Ability to optimize costs and effectively utilize advertising budget with proficiency in Excel and online analytics tools.
~ Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex data in an actionable manner.
~ Desire for continuous learning and exploration of new advertising tools and strategies
~ Fluent English Mandatory: spoken/written | Spanish Language is an Advantage
