We are looking for a hands‑on and strategic Head of Finance to lead the company’s finance operations across multiple jurisdictions. Managing a team of three finance professionals, this role will oversee accounting, tax, consolidation, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow management while partnering closely with business leaders to support growth and decision‑making.
Oversee all Spanish accounting, tax, and compliance functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Supervise accounting operations of international subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with group policies and reporting standards.
Develop and manage financial forecasting and budgeting models to support strategic planning.
Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure financial stability.
Partner with project and product leaders to deliver insightful financial reporting and performance analysis.
Provide strategic insights into cost structures, revenue drivers, and overall business performance.




Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, legal advisors, and consultants across different jurisdictions.
7+ years of experience in finance, controlling, or accounting leadership roles.
~ Strong knowledge of Spanish accounting and tax regulations.
~ Hands‑on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
~ Fluent in English and Spanish.

Background in SaaS, digital products, or project‑based environments.
CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent qualification is a plus.
