Project We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to work on a project in the Online Classifieds & Digital Marketplaces. The project involves distributed teams developing new technologies to solve real business problems, embedded with product and engineering teams across multiple marketplaces to deliver measurable outcomes, accelerate software development through AI agents, and establish the foundations of agentic engineering at scale.
Work across technologies including GCP, Java, Flutter, and Golang to support engineering teams and accelerate delivery.
Help improve engineering effectiveness through measurable gains in deployment frequency, lead time, change failure rate, and recovery time (DORA metrics).
Measure and improve engineering performance through metrics such as throughput, cycle time, defect rate, and time‑to‑merge.
Own outcomes and demonstrate the impact of agentic engineering with data.




Strong software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production systems used by real customers.
Experience working with technologies across our stack, including Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Java, Flutter, and/or Golang.
Proficiency in at least two of the following areas: backend development, frontend development, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or data systems.
Experience building, testing, and validating software with a strong focus on quality and measurable outcomes.
Knowledge of modern software delivery practices including CI/CD, observability, feature flags, incident management, and production operations.
Experience automating engineering workflows, reducing operational toil, and improving software delivery performance.
Strong judgment, attention to detail, and a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
Contributions to open‑source projects, developer tooling, or AI agent ecosystems.
Familiarity with evaluation frameworks, benchmarking, and measuring AI system performance.
Knowledge of marketplace, e‑commerce, classifieds, or consumer internet platforms.
Public speaking, technical writing, or community involvement related to AI, software engineering, or developer productivity.
