This position leads the long-term product roadmap for the GSN Casino team. You will guide the evolution of a major social casino franchise by managing multidisciplinary teams and defining strategies to improve player engagement and business growth.

What you'll do
- Collaborate with senior leadership, including the General Manager and Head of Product, to set the long-term vision for GSN Casino.
- Manage the product roadmap, focusing on features and systems that increase retention, monetization, and lifetime value.
- Oversee the discovery and production process for new gameplay experiences, from initial concepts to final deployment.
- Create multi-quarter and multiple-year strategies that balance innovation with business impact.
- Mentor and lead staff in Game Design, UX, and Product Design.
- Develop meta systems, progression mechanics, and social features.
- Work with Analytics, Economy Design, User Research, and Marketing to validate strategic investments.
- Analyze industry trends in mobile and social casino gaming to identify new opportunities.
- Build frameworks to prioritize roadmap investments based on potential impact.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in leadership roles within mobile free-to-play gaming, specifically in Product Management or Game Design.
- Proven track record of executing product roadmaps for live-service games.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams including UX/UI and Game Design.
- Deep knowledge of behavioral design, progression systems, and player motivation.
- Strong understanding of free-to-play business models and lifecycle management.
- Ability to balance technical constraints, business goals, and player experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Nice to have
- Background in the social casino genre or similar free-to-play categories.
- Experience managing mature live-service games with large, established player bases.
- Experience directing large-scale meta-game or progression initiatives.
