What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a Production & Logistics Improvement Consultant with solid experience in automotive environments. If you are a skilled professional with strong analytical capabilities, a hands‑on mindset, and you are ready to take on new operational challenges across different plants, we would love to meet you!

Location:

United Kingdom 70% and Germany 30%

Contract:

Freelance mission preferred (FMA)

Duration:

Initial 3 months, with a high probability of long-term extension due to the number of plants involved.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct diagnostics and detailed analysis of production/shopfloor and logistics areas.




- Perform root cause analysis and prepare clear reporting for critical situations.
- Draft, present, and align improvement plans with plant stakeholders.
- Deploy improvement plans and ensure proper follow‑up to secure execution.

Requirements

- Strong understanding of operations and departments within a production company.
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and in demanding environments.
- Experience in development and planning within the automotive sector.
- Availability to travel across multiple plants.
- Automotive background required (preferably production; consultancy experience is a plus).
- Language skills: English and German

Additional Information

- Freelance profile (FMA) preferred due to uncertain project duration.
- Work will be distributed across several regions.
