Scopely is looking for a Director of Product - Roadmap to join the GSN Casino team! The position can be based in Barcelona, Spain, Bangalore, India or Tel Aviv, Israel .

What You’ll Do

As the Director of Product - Roadmap, you will lead the long-term evolution of GSN Casino and help define the future of one of the most successful social casino franchises in the industry.

You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and delivering the next generation of player experiences that drive long-term engagement, retention, and business growth. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of Product Designers, Game Designers, and UX professionals, guiding the development of new systems, features, and strategic initiatives that shape the future direction of the game.

- Partner with the General Manager, Head of Product, and senior leadership team to define the long-term vision and strategic direction of GSN Casino
- Own the game’s feature and systems roadmap, identifying initiatives that can drive sustainable growth in engagement, retention, monetization, and player lifetime value
- Lead the discovery, definition, and validation of future-facing product opportunities, from early concepts through production readiness
- Develop multi-quarter and multi-year product strategies that balance innovation, player value, business impact, and development investment
- Lead and mentor a team of Game Designers, UX Designers, and Product Design professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, player empathy, and executional excellence
- Drive the development of new meta systems,



progression mechanics, engagement loops, social features, and gameplay experiences that expand the game’s long-term appeal
- Champion player-centric design while ensuring initiatives support broader business objectives
- Partner closely with Analytics, Economy Design, User Research, Marketing, and Production teams to identify opportunities and validate strategic investments
- Monitor industry trends across social casino, mobile gaming, casual games, and adjacent genres, translating external insights into product opportunities
- Establish frameworks for evaluating roadmap investments, ensuring resources are allocated toward the highest-impact opportunities
- Drive a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous product innovation

What We're Looking For

- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Game Design, or related leadership roles within mobile free-to-play gaming
- Proven experience defining and executing product roadmaps for successful live-service games
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams that include Game Design and UX/UI Design functions
- Strong strategic thinking and product vision,



with the ability to identify future growth opportunities and translate them into actionable plans
- Deep understanding of player motivation, progression systems, engagement mechanics, and behavioral design
- Strong understanding of free-to-play business models, retention drivers, and long-term player lifecycle management
- Demonstrated ability to balance player experience, business objectives, technical constraints, and organizational priorities
- Exceptional communication, alignment, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort using both qualitative and quantitative inputs to guide decisions
- Experience operating effectively in highly collaborative, cross-functional environments

Bonus

- Experience in Social Casino or adjacent free-to-play genres
- Experience evolving mature live-service games with established player bases
- Experience leading large-scale engagement, progression, or meta-game initiatives
