Enterprise Architect – Hybrid Cloud Architecture (Madrid, MD, ES)

Responsibilities

- Lead the design and execution of hybrid cloud transformation strategies for strategic enterprise clients.
- Drive business growth through solution development, client engagement, and support of go-to-market initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to client executives, aligning technology investments with business objectives.
- Govern complex cloud and infrastructure programs, ensuring successful delivery, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
- Define architecture standards, security, resilience, and modernization roadmaps across hybrid IT environments.
- Collaborate with sales, consulting, and delivery teams to develop innovative and differentiated solutions.
- Mentor and develop technical talent, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.
- Identify emerging technology trends and market opportunities to enhance Kyndryl's Hybrid Cloud offerings and client outcomes.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to IT teams on infrastructure-related matters.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture, Hybrid Cloud, Infrastructure Transformation, or related technology leadership roles.
- Strong background in designing and leading complex infrastructure, cloud, and modernization programs within large enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into scalable, secure, and resilient technology solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Experience leading client engagements, executive-level discussions,



strategic technology assessments, and transformation roadmaps.
- Track record of supporting business growth through solution development, proposal leadership, pre-sales activities, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with executives, business, and technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing complex programs, multiple priorities, and cross-functional teams in dynamic and multi-vendor environments.
- Broad understanding of enterprise infrastructure technologies, including Data Center, Hybrid Cloud, Storage, Networking, Security, Middleware, Databases, and Business Resilience solutions.
- Knowledge of AI infrastructure and emerging technologies is considered an advantage.
