You’ll work alongside people who take ownership, collaborate across functions, and contribute to systems that keep cities moving every day.

Your role, your impact

- Contribute to ISM specifications and architecture with Program Development Managers, Design Authority, and System Engineers
- Define software requirements, including functional, operational, interface, performance, safety, and cybersecurity aspects
- Ensure requirements are testable and traceable across the development lifecycle
- Design software architecture, components, interfaces, and dynamic system behaviour
- Validate technical solutions through simulations and prototypes
- Lead technical decisions: tools, methodologies (e.G., UML), languages, coding standards
- Support integration (software/software and hardware/software) and verification activities
- Contribute to system validation, testing, and long‑term maintenance
- Monitor technology evolution and promote reusable solutions and standardization




- Ensure application of internal processes and contribute to continuous improvement

You’ll work with multidisciplinary, international teams across engineering and product development - solving complex challenges in rail security and digital systems. xhfqzwm

What you bring

- Strong programming experience in C# .NET
- Knowledge of security systems (CCTV, streaming protocols, SIP, VoIP, Public Address, etc.)
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to collaborate with distributed and cross-functional teams
- Agile mindset with international orientation
