This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in aligning demand, supply, financials, and strategic goals for a leading integral organisation.Importantly,the primary goal of this project is to track how well different teams and markets are adhering to the established supply chain planning process — not to build the process itself, but to assess whether it is being followed properly and consistently.Key Responsibilities:Lead Demand Planning ProcessesDevelop and manage accurate forecasts of customer demandLeverage historical data, market trends, and stakeholder inputsMonitor IBP AdherenceEvaluate and report on how effectively teams are applying the IBP frameworkIdentify gaps and recommend improvements in compliance and consistencyImprove Forecast Accuracy & Process DisciplineMeasure forecast performance and drive improvementsEnhance planning tools, processes, and stakeholder engagementCollaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance,
