This is an excellent opportunity for a laboratory professional who wants to contribute to analytical development activities in a growing and innovative environment, supporting projects with real impact on the future of biologic products.If you enjoy combining scientific rigor, technical execution, problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and high-quality analytical work in a regulated environment, this role could be your next challenge.What are we looking for?We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and scientifically driven professional with experience in analytical development, analytical validation, or quality control within the biopharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.In this role, you will contribute to the development, qualification, and validation of analytical methods, support product development across different stages, and help ensure robust, reliable, and compliant analytical data.The challenge!Develop, qualify, and validate new analytical methods, identifying technical challenges and performing troubleshooting, optimization, and robustness activities.Execute analytical tasks autonomously in support of different stages of Analytical Development and/or Analytical Validation.Design, follow, review, and contribute to analytical protocols, methods, and departmental anize, analyze, and interpret scientific data, ensuring the technical consistency and reliability of results.Document activities and results accurately and on time in accordance with c Gx P, regulatory requirements,



and internal procedures.Plan, execute, analyze, and document stability and validation studies.Draft and review technical documentation such as SOPs, analytical methods, validation protocols, stability plans/protocols, and technical reports.Participate in the training and onboarding of new team members in analytical techniques, equipment, documentation best practices, safety, and internal workflows.Manage and maintain the inventory and status of reagents, standards, and samples, ensuring operational municate effectively with peers, supervisors, and management regarding activity status, risks, and potential deviations.Execute sample testing to support development activities across all product stages, including process development, formulation, characterization, and comparability, when applicable.Generate and execute validation and stability protocols/plans and associated reports, including sampling point tracking, trending, and result evaluation.Prepare and manage solutions, buffers, standards, and controls.Record results and observations in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring data integrity and right-first-time documentation.Review and consolidate documentation and results generated by the team when applicable, ensuring complete and consistent records, traceability, and compliance with ALCOA+ principles.Provide support to other company areas depending on business needs and company priorities.What do you need?MS, BS,
