From our new gigafactory in Sagunto (Valencia), we’re driving a project that’s transforming both the region and the future of clean mobility in Europe — and you can be part of it.Your Role And Key ResponsibilitiesThe Battery Specific Infrastructure (BSI) Design Expert is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the BSI design (Clean and Dry room CDR +Auxiliary) across the relevant engineering discipline.The key objective of the role is to ensure that the contractor/designer engineering solutions are technically correct, compliant with project requirements / local regulations, and aligned with operational, maintenance and equipment needs within the overall timeline.The BSI Design Expert should act as the key technical interface between contractor and internal stakeholders to drive the development and implementation of BSI systems across the assigned scope.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Management & CoordinationInvolve in tender phase to define requirements, review and validate technical offers from bidders, and lead technical alignment (Q&A; list from suppliers)Lead and coordinate the review of contractor design deliverables, track progress and define alternative solutions in case of design difficulties/delaysEnsure alignment across disciplines (avoid clashes, gaps,



inconsistencies)Consolidate technical feedback and provide unified responsesGuarantee constructability and quality of designCompliance AssuranceEnsure designs comply with:Employer’s Requirements (ER)Local regulations and codesProject standards and specificationsIdentify deviations and drive corrective actionsContractor InterfaceAct as the primary technical interface and single point of contact (SPOC) with the contractorChallenge and push design quality, maturity, and completeness, within the overall project timescheduleMonitor design progress vs. project milestonesSupport the timely assessment of RFIsStakeholder ManagementCoordinate with internal stakeholders (facilities, equipment planning, logistics, production, HSE, maintenance, quality) on a daily basisIntegrate inputs from different departments into the EREnsure stakeholder requirements are properly reflectedDesign Review GovernanceOrganise and lead:Design review meetingsTechnical workshopsCoordination sessionsTrack comments, decisions, and open pointsRisk & Change ManagementMonitor design performance indicators and provide early warnings when critical activities show risk of delay (technical, regulatory, constructability)Escalate critical issues early, provide management summariesSupport mitigation strategiesProvide technical input to permitting activities (led by HSE/permitting), ensuring alignment with designSupport change management processes by assessing technical impacts (scope, cost, schedule,



compliance)What You Bring To The TeamMinimum 4 years’ experience in EngineeringExperience in one or multiple-system: HVAC, MEP, Automation, Fire protection, Media supplyExperience in Battery, Pharmaceutical, semi-conductor Clean & Dry room project management is preferredAbility to adapt to and maintain flexibility with the facility juggling of multiple projectsAdvanced competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, and Outlook)Advanced competency with Design & 3 D software( Auto CAD, Revit, 3 D max, Lumion. etc )Working knowledge of One Drive, Share Point, MS Teams, Concur and SAP strongly desiredStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong communication and cross‑functional coordination abilitiesAbility to work under pressure with tight deadlinesDemonstrates adaptability to shifting priorities and demands.What Makes You Stand OutBachelor's degree in Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or equivalentPlease submit your CV in EnglishPossession of a disability certificate of 33% or more is valued.
