This role will oversee our full BI stack — from our data warehouse (Big Query), to reporting and visualization (Looker Studio), and eventually advanced modeling — empowering data‑driven decision‑making across the company.We’re looking for a strategic, execution‑focused team player who can bridge deep technical skills with business insight. You’ll work closely with teams across Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience, and Creative to build scalable data solutions that unlock growth opportunities, optimize performance, and improve customer satisfaction.You will:Take technical ownership of the team’s data stack, including implementation of tools for tracking, reporting, and automationImplement and maintain integrations such as tracking pixels, server‑to‑server (S2 S) connections, and event tracking systems to support marketing campaignsBuild and maintain pipelines for real‑time reporting on spend and performance across platformsDesign and implement attribution models to measure and improve campaign effectivenessAct as the technical point of contact (POC) for the User Acquisition team,



troubleshooting issues related to tracking, naming conventions, URLs, and APIs — including coordination with external partnersDevelop and implement automation solutions to improve the User Acquisition team’s productivityCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to support marketing initiatives and resolve technical challengesBuild pipelines for inventory forecasting across DTC (Shopify) and marketplaces (Amazon, Tik Tok Shop, etc.), supporting Operations and Logistics teams in marketing‑aligned planningRequired Skills and Experience:4+ years of proven experience in data engineering, preferably within e Commerce or technology industriesAdvanced proficiency in SQL and data warehouse modelingHands‑on experience managing cloud data warehouses such as Big Query or Snowflake or any other MPPProficiency in Python for automation and data manipulationExperience with modern data stack tools such as dbt, Airflow, and Looker/Tableau/Power BIStrong understanding of marketing data ecosystems, including APIs, tracking pixels, server‑to‑server (S2 S) integrations, and event tracking systemsFamiliarity with e Commerce platforms and marketing tools such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Google Ads,
