We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support its European Research & Development Center in Spain.This role will act as a key bridge between China headquarters and European R&D; teams, supporting project coordination, communication, and daily project operations.Candidates with experience in automotive OEMs, vehicle development projects, or international project coordination will be highly valued.Key Responsibilities:Support project managers in tracking project progress, milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.Coordinate communication between China and European teams to ensure smooth information flow.Prepare meeting minutes, project reports, presentations, and follow-up actions.Support cross-functional collaboration between engineering, testing,



and business teams.Organize meetings and coordinate project-related activities.Assist with data collection, documentation, and project updates.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or above in Project Management, Engineering, Automotive, Business Administration, or related fields.Experience in project coordination, PMO, or project management roles.Automotive industry or R&D; experience is highly preferred.Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, English, and Spanish.Catalan language is a plus.Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
