OverviewAuto Store AS is seeking a Logistics Associate to support integral logistics operations on a 3-month temporary contract, with the possibility of a 3-month extension. In this role, you will assist with shipment coordination, tracking, documentation and communication with internal and external stakeholders.This opportunity is suitable for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience and to develop within logistics and supply chain operations. You will work closely with the logistics team to ensure efficient and timely delivery of shipments worldwide.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily logistics operations and shipment coordinationTrack shipments and follow up on delivery statusPrepare and maintain transport documentationCoordinate with warehouses, suppliers, carriers and internal stakeholdersSupport customs and shipping documentation processesUpdate reports and logistics data in Excel and internal systemsAssist the logistics team with operational and administrative tasksHelp ensure shipments are delivered on time and according to established proceduresSystems & ToolsMicrosoft Outlook and TeamsExcel - comfortable working with dataInternal ERP and Transport Management Systems (training provided)Qualifications0–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, customer service, administration or a related fieldRelevant education within logistics, supply chain, business administration, or similar is an advantageVocational education/trade certificate (fagbrev) in logistics is welcomedStrong attention to detail and ability to stay organizedGood communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and customer-focused approach to supporting internal and external stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesPositive attitude and willingness to learnEnglish language skills,
