Role PurposeThe Digital Project Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of complex digital and technology initiatives within the Commerce domain. The role ensures successful execution of projects aligned with business strategy, delivering measurable value across digital ecosystem, sales enablement and commercial platforms.This position acts as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring alignment, governance, and value realization while driving execution excellence in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.In addition, the role plays a critical part in ensuring that local initiatives are fully aligned with regional strategic priorities and global D&T; standards, contributing to a coherent, scalable, and future‑fit Commerce technology ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery & ExecutionLead the full lifecycle of technology projects, from initiation to deployment and hypercareManage scope, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies across complex initiativesEnsure on-time, on-quality, and on-budget delivery of projectsDrive structured planning, execution, and reporting frameworksStakeholder Management & AlignmentAct as the primary point of contact for business and technology stakeholdersDrive alignment across Commerce, D&T;, Finance, Procurement, Security, and external partnersLead executive-level communications, steering committees, and governance forumsManage expectations and resolve conflicts in complex stakeholder environmentsStrategic Alignment & Global IntegrationEnsure all initiatives are aligned with regional Commerce priorities and global D&T; strategy, architecture, and standardsTranslate integral frameworks, roadmaps, and architectural guidelines into actionable local project plansContribute to the evolution of the Commerce technology roadmap by providing structured feedback from local initiativesEnsure consistency, scalability, and reuse across solutions, avoiding fragmentation and duplicationActively participate in regional and global governance forums, ensuring alignment, visibility, and complianceEnsure adherence to D&T; standards, governance frameworks, and compliance requirementsIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactivelyGuarantee proper validation across architecture, security, legal, and data domains before executionOwn project financials,
including budget planning, forecasting, and cost controlDefine and track business cases, ROI, and value realization metricsEnsure efficient allocation of resources across project activitiesLead cross-functional project teams, including internal resources and external vendorsFoster a high-performance culture focused on ownership, accountability, and delivery excellenceMentor junior project managers and contribute to capability building within the organizationPromote agile methodologies and modern ways of workingDrive continuous improvement in delivery practices, tools, and processesContribute to the evolution of the Commerce technology ecosystem and roadmapRequired Experience5–7 years of experience in project/program management within technology-driven environmentsProven track record delivering complex digital or IT initiatives in FMCG, retail, or B2 B/B2 C commercial ecosystemsStrong experience in Commerce-related domains, including Route to Market, Sales Execution, Trade Promotion Management, Customer Engagement, or e B2 B platformsDeep understanding of FMCG operating models, including multi-channel distribution, distributor/wholesaler networks, and field sales dynamicsExperience working in highly matrixed organizations, collaborating across local Op Cos, regional, and global teamsDemonstrated exposure to large-scale digital transformation programs within FMCG (e.G., commercial platforms, CRM/SFA deployments, data-driven sales capabilities)Proven ability to translate commercial business needs into scalable technology solutions with measurable business impact (revenue growth, productivity, or cost efficiency)Experience managing third-party vendors and system integrators in FMCG environmentsProven experience operating within global or regional operating models, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategies, governance frameworks, and architectural standardsCore SkillsAdvanced project management (Agile, Waterfall,
