Typical chemical processes covered by this position are oilseed extraction with hexane and other solvents, ammonia refrigeration, hydrogenation, and other chemical processes. Combustible dust processes involve the storage, handling and conveyance of organic grains, grain products, and their associated combustible dust. This individual is regionally responsible for driving continuous improvement and reduction in Serious Injury and Fatality exposures associated with hazardous chemicals and combustible dusts, across multiple stakeholder groups, business lines, and geographic regions to achieve “One Bunge”.
