You will work in a collaborative and international environment where accuracy, teamwork, and continuous improvement are valued.What you will do:Prepare and execute accurate and timely invoicing for energy trading contracts across France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and potentially additional marketsManage incoming booking and validation requests while ensuring high-quality and same-day processing where requiredCoordinate invoicing processes including data collection, reconciliation, invoice preparation, and exchange with counterpartiesAct as a key contact for billing questions, operational requests, and dispute resolutionSupport process improvements, testing activities, and operational excellence initiativesOversee operational workflows across the full deal lifecycle, including reconciliations, confirmations, and payment-related processesWhat you bring & who you are:Higher education in accounting, finance, economics, business, or a related fieldExperience in energy trading, sales operations, or a similar operational environmentGood understanding of gas and power markets, ideally across France, Belgium, and the NetherlandsStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a solution-oriented mindsetAbility to work with complex business processes, data management, and tight deadlinesIdeally, knowledge of SQL or VBA and additional European language skillsConfident communication skills in English (C1/C2);
