It stands out for its strategic influence, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to act as a trusted advisor in complex enterprise Saa S transformation programs.WHAT YOU WILL DODevelop and maintain a deep understanding of IT software solutions, including capabilities, integration points, and value proposition for very large enterprises;
Partner with internal stakeholders and meet with client stakeholders to identify needs, challenges, and objectives, translating them into customer solutions that decrease time to value;
Drive the customer onboarding journey through technical expertise in available customizations and ensure requirements are met during implementation;
Act as a trusted advisorcollaborating with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Customer Success, and R&D; to ensure solutions meet expectations and technical feasibility;
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive solutions,



and evolving IT/OT technologies to provide thought leadership to internal and external stakeholders.MUST HAVES3+ yearsof experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Solution Engineer, or similar role within the IT or OT software industry servicing large accounts;
Solid understanding ofTCP/IP networking fundamentals, TCP vs UDP troubleshooting, and routing basics;
Experience working withVPNsand proxy authentication scenarios;
Hands‑on experience configuring and troubleshootingfirewall rulesinbound and outbound;
Awareness of conditionalaccess and secure gateway concepts;
Knowledge of ports and protocols;
Expertise in enterprise software solutions, preferably in IT/OT integration, data analytics, cloud technologies, or industrial Io T;
Strong understanding of enterprise environments, including challenges, architectures, and decision‑making processes;
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences;
Experience with enterprise‑levelSaa Simplementation engagements and solution design;
Proficiency with modern tools and platforms such as cloud infrastructure, virtualization, APIs, and middleware;
