We are looking for a hybrid leader who can coach, be hands‑on when required, and lead global projects with structure and clarity—adapting style to each project or situation.Key responsibilitiesLead, mentor and develop the MM, QM and Ariba functional team.Define, implement and continuously enhance integral Procurement and Quality processes.Own and refine best practices for contracts, supplier lifecycle, workflows and quality llaborate closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Warehouse and Operations teams.Oversee operational support,
