and other business teams to identify opportunities and solve complex business challenges through data.Work hands‑on withdbtto build and maintain scalable data transformation models.Develop, optimize, and maintain efficient SQL queries across modern analytical databases, includingClick House ,Google Big Query, andAmazon Athena.Promote high standards for data quality, documentation, governance, and reproducibility across the analytics llaborate with Data Engineering teams to improve data pipelines, warehouse architecture, and reporting infrastructure.Drive the adoption of analytics best practices, ensuring reliable, scalable, and maintainable data solutions.Present findings and recommendations to technical and non‑technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.Support the Data Director in defining the long‑term analytics strategy and continuously improving the company's data maturity.What We're Looking For2+ years of experience leading or managing data teams, or1–2 years in a senior analytical rolewith ownership of end‑to‑end projects.Proven experience managing, mentoring,
