We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate Graphic Designer with a discerning eye and elevated aesthetic who can visually bring brands to life across print and digital media mediums.Reports to:Design DirectorProject ManagerResponsibilities:Lead the production of design drafts and mock-ups, engaging in collaborative design solutions to complex problemsWork closely with creative support specialists, creative project managers, and the director of design to develop consistent, engaging, and timely deliverables for various platforms including marketing emails, social content, presentations, and web layouts. + Branding Projects.Adhere to style standards based on client style guides and/or brandingParticipate in agency team meetings, professional development check-ins, design team meetings, and other internal meetings as neededMaintain a high level of organization for print and digital files and materialsSkills:Passion for design and creative problem solvingA discerning aesthetic sensibility with a strong point of view across fashion, beauty, and tech industries.Strong motivation, decisiveness, efficiency,
