DescriptionPosition at Ant GroupKey ResponsibilitiesAdminister, monitor, and tune large scale distributed Ocean Base for high performance and scalability.Manage tenant/cluster resources (computing resources relocation and provisioning) in distributed Ocean Base environments.Quickly diagnose and resolve large‑scale distributed DB issues using SRE/DB alert systems.Participate in on‑call rotation to handle emergency DB incidents and provide timely resolutions.Review DB‑related requests (data security, SQL impact on production) to prevent potential risks.Follow company policies and development processes for database operations. Ensure data security, auditing, encryption, compliance, and disaster recovery readiness.Technical RequirementsDeep expertise in Ocean Base, My SQL, and Oracle to ensure high availability, performance, and security of our large‑scale distributed database systems. The adecuado candidate will have strong problem‑solving skills.Expert–level knowledge of database internals (ACID, storage engine, SQL engine, HA/DR, security), strong distributed Ocean Base administration skills (OCP, obproxy, tenant/cluster management), and the ability to collaborate across teams to optimize database operations.
