OverviewResearch and Development & Innovation (R&D;&I;) Project Manager – National and International Projects. This permanent, full‑time role (35 hours per week) at the Centre for Information and Communication Technologies Research (CITIC) at the University of A Coruña focuses on identifying, securing, and managing European and international research funding in the fields of research, innovation, knowledge transfer and technological development.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, analyse and monitor European and international funding opportunities in research, innovation and technology transfer.Prepare and submit project proposals—assessing eligibility, drafting, structuring and reviewing documentation, and monitoring submission deadlines.Provide technical, administrative and financial management of international projects, including processing expenses, travel arrangements, procurement procedures, contract management and file monitoring.Promote and strengthen collaboration with universities, research centres, European platforms and other international anise and participate in workshops, meetings, study visits, events,



information days and networking activities to enhance internationalisation and the centre’s profile.Maintain systems for monitoring funding opportunities, proposals and projects, and prepare reports for strategic planning and decision‑making.Develop and implement the centre’s internationalisation strategy, attract competitive funding, join international networks and increase the centre’s visibility.Review and improve internal procedures related to funding opportunities, proposal preparation and project management.QualificationsMaster’s degree in International Relations, European Studies, Law, Political Science, Public Administration, Project Management or a closely related field recognised in Spain.Official certificate of English language proficiency level C1 (CEFR) – mandatory eligibility requirement.Experience in research project proposal writing and management within a research or university environment is preferred.Required DocumentsCopy of national identity document or py of degree certificate in Spanish or English.CV in English or Spanish/Galician.Declaration confirming fulfilment of all call requirements and veracity of the data provided.
