work with them to resolve their difficulties and translate those challenges into strategic PTC opportunitiesProvide technical and procedural advisory service support to customer sites and the broader PTC Sales ecosystem, across a wide scope of PTC softwareTimely accomplishment of project plan goalsIdentify areas for improvement within the Product Development TeamsPrescribe and implement best‑practice software asset management (SAM) across PTC’s strategic customers to achieve high levels of software license awarenessQualify potential customers’ engagements to determine most effective strategy, scope and approach for software license management optimizationInterpret license agreements and analyze transaction historyAssist with negotiation and drafting of settlements and contractual agreements with PTC customersPreferred Skills and KnowledgeTechnical proficiency and IT infrastructure know‑howAbility to interact diplomatically and professionally with internal and external customersStrong analytical skills with attention to detail and proven ability to plan and execute effectively to meet business objectivesLegal knowledge and contract management experience is valuedBasic QualificationsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent, or a Law degree with demonstrable technical knowledgeExcellent written & oral communication & listening skills in English ismandatory.
