We’re a hyper-growth DTC beauty brand with hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide, and we’re looking for aUGC Manager / Content Managerwho can own the entire lifecycle of user-generated content — from recruiting creators to delivering high-performing content for ads.If you thrive in fast execution environments, can manage dozens of creators at once, and have a sharp creative eye, this is for you.What You’ll Own (Responsibilities)Coordinate scripts, briefs, and talking points with our creative strategists & content creator.Review content quality(UGC, A-roll, testimonials, demos) and request revisions.Ensure all content followsbrand guidelines & compliance rules.Track and filter UGC across social platforms (Tik Tok, IG, Meta Ads, Tik Tok Shop).Managestore reviews(Shopify/Amazon/Yotpo) — highlight top ones, flag/remedy negative ordinate monthly payments with creators & dermatologists.Maintain structured dashboards in Click Up for creator operations.Report weekly on creator performance, delivery timelines,



and output.What We’re Looking For1–3+ years experience in UGC management, influencer management, or creator operations.Ability to managea high volume of creatorssimultaneously without dropping details.
