You'll take ownership of project delivery and account leadership across international clients, with an initial focus on France. Your mission: drive timely, high-quality outcomes, foster strong client relationships, and lead cross-functional teams to success.This is a strategic role that blends project management, client engagement, and operational leadership—ideal for someone with proven international experience, a consultative mindset, and excellent organizational skills.What You'll DoProject & Delivery ManagementLead project execution from start to finish on time, within scope and budgetManage planning, resource allocation, and risk mitigation using Orion Health tools and frameworksEnsure delivery documentation is consistently up to date and audit-readyClient Relationship & Account OversightServe as the main point of contact for delivery-related activities with French clientsAlign project goals with client priorities and ensure satisfaction across all touchpointsProactively identify opportunities for growth and service optimizationTeam Leadership & CoordinationGuide multi-disciplinary teams including consultants, analysts, developers,



and partnersFoster a collaborative, supportive culture and elevate issues with tact and clarityChampion best practices across regions and delivery teamsTechnical Awareness (Non-Hands-On)Understand high-level architecture and support technical conversations with stakeholdersWork closely with technical leads to ensure design alignment and implementation consistencyWhat We're Looking ForExperience & Skills7+ years in project delivery, consulting, or account managementProven experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environmentsFluency in French and English is essential;
