Changan Automobile, one of China’s leading automotive manufacturers, is accelerating its integral expansion and strengthening its presence in Europe. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Cloud Operations Engineer to join our Madrid office. This position will play a key role in managing our public cloud infrastructure and ensuring the high availability and stability of our connected vehicle platform applications, while handling daily maintenance, system changes, incident management, and technical support.ResponsibilitiesCloud Infrastructure Management: manage public cloud resources including servers, networks, databases, and container clusters;
ensure optimal performance and security of cloud-based infrastructureApplication Stability: monitor and maintain the stability of our connected vehicle platform applications;
implement measures to ensure high availability and fault toleranceDaily Maintenance: perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, issue resolution, emergency response, and technical support;
document and report on all maintenance activities and incidentProcess Improvement: contribute to the development and refinement of operational workflows and best practices,



collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and service qualityIncident Management: respond promptly to system outages or performance issues;
conduct thorough investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrenceTechnical Support: provide technical assistance and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders;
stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancementsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar qualificationsSeveral years of experience in operations or a related roleCloud Computing: proficiency with public clouds such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Alibaba CloudTechnical Skills: strong knowledge of Linux, databases (My SQL, Redis, Kafka, Mongo DB), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes);
familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus;
experience with high availability design, observability, and operational processPrior experience in project management, product management, or knowledge of app development/client-side technologiesFluent English is required, and proficiency in an additional European language is a strong plus
