The selected candidates will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely payroll processes across multiple regions (Americas, EMEA and APAC), working closely with HR, Finance and external payroll providers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and process payroll for employees across multiple international regions.Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of semi-monthly and monthly llaborate with HR and Finance teams to maintain accurate employee data, including new hires, terminations, transfers, compensation changes and other payroll-related updates.Review employee expense reports and maintain payroll-related information in internal ordinate with external payroll providers and ensure payroll files are accurate and compliant.Support stock‑based compensation and related tax processes.Participate in month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing activities.Assist with internal, external and statutory audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory ntribute to process improvements and provide support to the wider Finance team when required.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,



Economics, Labour Relations or a related field.Experience in payroll administration (minimum 3 years for Payroll Staff;
solid senior‑level experience for Senior Payroll Staff).Strong knowledge of labour legislation, social security and payroll taxation.Experience with cloud‑based ERP systems such as Net Suite is an advantage.Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and/or ADP Celergo is highly valued.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and a proactive mindset.Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.Advanced English (mandatory). Additional languages are a plus.We offer:Temporary contract with the possibility of becoming permanent.Salaryaround30,000 € gross/year, depending on experience and profile.Hybrid working model in Spain, with preference forcandidates located in Valencia or nearby areas. Employees and contractors are expected to work from the office at least two days per week.
