Join us in shaping the future of defense with groundbreaking aerospace innovations.As our Integrated Logistics Support capability continues to grow, you will help establish Logistics Support Analysis processes aligned with S3000 L and S4000 P principles while gaining broad exposure to maintenance engineering, reliability, maintainability and lifecycle support within a fast growing aerospace and defense environment.What you'll doConduct Logistics Support Analysis activities in accordance with S3000 L principles and programme requirementsSupport the development and maintenance of maintenance concepts for supported systems and productsDefine and maintain Operator‑Level Maintenance (OLM), Intermediate‑Level Maintenance (ILM) and Depot‑Level Maintenance (DLM) boundariesPerform and support Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Reliability‑Centred Maintenance (RCM)
and other supportability analysesDevelop and maintain Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA)Develop and maintain Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) outputsSupport Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Supportability (RAMS) assessments including MTBF, MTTR and Operational Availability analysesDevelop maintenance plans and maintenance task requirements to support operational objectivesSupport the identification of support equipment, tooling, facilities and personnel requirementsDevelop supportability requirements for new products and programmesProvide maintenance planning and supportability data to Technical Publications, Training, Supply Support and In‑Service Support teamsSupport the assessment of engineering changes and design modifications to determine their impact on maintenance concepts and support solutionsParticipate in design reviews to ensure supportability requirements are incorporated throughout product developmentDevelop and maintain LSA records, supportability databases and analysis outputsHelp maintain relationships between engineering data, maintenance requirements, training requirements and provisioning informationWhat you'll needBachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Defence Technology, Logistics or a related discipline1 to 5 years of experience in Logistics Support Analysis, Supportability Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related fieldPractical experience with Logistics Support Analysis methodologies and S3000 L and S4000 P principlesUnderstanding of maintenance concept development and maintenance task determination processesKnowledge of FMECA, RCM,
LORA and other supportability analysis techniquesFamiliarity with reliability and maintainability concepts including MTBF, MTTR and Operational AvailabilityStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary engineering teamsProfessional proficiency in EnglishNice to haveExperience within aerospace, defense, UAV or other high‑technology engineering environmentsPractical experience with ASD S‑Series specifications, particularly S3000 L and S4000 PExposure to supportability analysis techniques such as FMECA, RCM, LORA or RAMS assessmentsExperience with LSA databases, supportability tools or structured engineering data managementExperience contributing to the development or improvement of engineering processesKnowledge of maintenance planning and lifecycle support methodologiesFamiliarity with military or aerospace maintenance environmentsUnderstanding of provisioning, training analysis and technical publications within an Integrated Logistics Support frameworkWho you areYou enjoy solving complex engineering challenges through structure, analysis and attention to detail.
