We are hiring aFinancial Accountantto support the newly established Teltonika Io T Solutions office in Madrid. This is an individual contributor role focused on managing financial reporting, accounting operations, compliance, and supporting the company's financial health in a fast-growing international organization.This opportunity is for ambitious finance professionals who seek to contribute to building a solid financial foundation while supporting business growth across integral operations.In this role, you will:Manage daily accounting tasks such as invoicing, overseeing trade receivables and payables, recording and posting financial transactions, performing bank reconciliations, handling inventory accounting, and processing entries within the accounting system, all while analyzing the company's financial data.Create monthly budgets and forecasts.Execute the monthly closing process.Prepare management reports and reports to HQ.Manage payroll administration.Ensure compliance with all accounting, reporting, legal, and tax nduct financial year-end closing and reporting,



and prepare documentation for annual audits/tax authorities.Establish the finance/accounting department in the local office in coordination with the CEO and HQ.Perform other tasks as assigned by the CEO or HQ.Prepare tax declarations (optional).What we expect of you:Bachelor's / Master's degree in Economics / Finance / Business administration or a similar field of study.5+ years' experience in accounting or finance.Analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data.Ability to work independently in a new office environment.Energy, drive and can-do attitude are a mercial acumen and the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate potential financial and business risks.Fluent in Spanish and business level of English language.What we offer:Opportunity to contribute to building the local finance function from the beginning at Teltonika Spain office.Exposure to an international and fast-growing Io T group.Direct collaboration with the Spain CEO and HQ finance teams in Lithuania.Internal onboarding and support from experienced international teams.Dynamic, multicultural and entrepreneurial work environment.Birthday day off.
