We have an excellent opportunity for a Service and Sales Administrator, where you will be responsible for ensuring that sales and field service operations in Iberia are delivered to the highest standard. This is a unique opportunity to utilise your strong administrative skills to support two teams within our General growing business.ResponsibilitiesScheduling service visits and ensuring best planning for service works, including all tasks related with service agendaUsing our ERP/CRM and using the information to improve overall efficiency of dealing with customer supportMaking sure all documents are updated and filed correctly, once required for Field Service Engineer to join customer sitesLiaising with regional teams (sales, administration and logistics)



to ensure a high level of collaboration for all aspects of customer supportUnderstanding all sales and services processes whilst being able to handle and support the operation in all necessary administration tasksIdeally you will have a degree in Administration and any SAP B1 experience would be highly advantageous.
