Senior Partner Finance ExecutiveThis Senior Partner Finance Executive role sits within the B2 B Finance Credit team, acting as a key interface between Sales, Commercial Finance, Partner Finance, Accounting and Group Treasury. You will support some of our largest global travel partners and play a central role in strengthening the financial governance of our growing credit programme.This position will suit a candidate with strong analytical capability, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proven experience managing large and complex partner portfolios (50 M+ credit exposure) as well as small travel businesses. You will be a trusted business partner who can influence senior stakeholders internally and externally, while confidently assessing financial risk and resolving complex issues.In this role, you will:Lead and manage a portfolio of high-value partners, including complex credit arrangements, significant credit limits and large multi-currency exposures.Assess and recommend credit limitsthrough detailed financial analysis, including interpretation of balance sheets, cash flow statements and group structures.Build strong, trust-based relationshipswith major travel partners—acting as their core finance point of contact for risk, payment performance, and commercial llaborate closely with Sales, Product & Tech and Commercial Financeto support strategic growth while ensuring governance and risk mitigation.Resolve complex finance issuesinvolving unallocated cash, disputes, reconciliation gaps, or operational blockers impacting receivables.Drive negotiationson collateral, payment terms, and risk-based decisions with large partners, balancing commercial opportunity with financial protection.Support ourcredit insurance programme,



with an effective management of coverage gaps.Strengthen collections processesand identify opportunities to reduce ageing, improve forecasting accuracy, and optimise partner payment behaviour.Evaluate and store partner financial information, ensuring completeness, accuracy and compliance with internal controls.Support the Credit Risk Director indeveloping and updating Credit Management Policies, ensuring they reflect evolving business strategy and risk appetite.Experience and Qualifications5+ years of experiencein credit control, credit risk or corporate finance, with a focus onlarge B2 B portfolios or high-risk accounts.Proven ability tointerpret financial statements, assess business models and form clear risk opinions.Experience setting or reviewingcredit limits of high amountsis highly desirable.Strongcommunication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior internal stakeholders and external partners.Demonstrated ability toresolve complex issues, dispute, think critically, and manage escalations with a calm, solutions-driven approach.Strong relationship-building skills across functions and cultures.High attention to detail and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.Advanced Excel skills and strong system adaptability (experience with AI,



Power BI Power Query is a plus).Experience inbusiness partnering rolesor environments where finance must collaborate closely with commercial teams.Knowledge ofB2 B business models, credit insurance, securitisation or collateral management is advantageous.English speakerTravel experience desirablePlease note that this role is only available in the following location: Madrid, in alignment with our adaptable work model which requires employees to be in office at least three days a week. We are unable to offer relocation assistance for this role.The total cash range for this position in Madrid is €43,000.00 to €60,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to €69,000.00 based on performance.
