There is a significant focus on business partnering and execution. and will build expertise for strategic categoriesYou will identify and drive improvement initiatives aiming to optimize costs while ensuring best quality servicesYou will ensure that the procurement process is followed consistentlyYou will help to design and implement a purchasing systemTO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:At least 3 years experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or management consulting with a focus on procurementYou have deep negotiation knowledge and can apply advanced negotiation skills in different negotiation strategiesYou possess strong analytical capabilities, with a proven ability to synthesize complex data sets into actionable procurement insights that drive strategic decision‑making and cost optimizationAbility to support multiple annual spend cycles with specific examples of the addressable spend identified and savings achievedYou seek feedback from others, as you see potential in it to grow and developProven track record of negotiating with partners from a range of different European Countries, having a good awareness of procurement practices and standards from different markets (ideally: Germany, UK & Ireland,
