With operations based in the UK, we are focused on building on the success of our early customers and partners, empowering more businesses to embrace sustainable coffee roasting. This Sales Account Executive is primarily responsible for generating hardware and coffee sales to small and medium sized businesses across Europe. The Sales Account Executive reports to the Managing Director for Europe, and contributes to Bellwether Coffee's success building relationships and growing revenue.As part of a small team in the startup phase of our operations, this role offers significant opportunities for growth in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment. It is a varied and challenging position,

the idóneo candidate is also fluent in PortugueseAvailable for frequent national and international travelPrimary ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain quality pipeline, building relationships with potential customersDevelop expertise in Bellwether’s value proposition and collaborate with team to iterate the pitch and communicate purposefully with prospective customersConduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, close salesCollaborate cross functionally with Marketing, Finance, Success & Support departments to ensure excellent customer service from sale to deliveryAttend company and industry events to help generate interest and salesProvide feedback to Marketing and work closely to develop sales materialsEffectively use CRM software to track sales activities;
