About The Role
Your mission is to support customers throughout their entire lifecycle with Powens:



from the initial design and implementation of their integration with our APIs to the live production phase, ensuring the service remains stable, efficient, and aligned with their business goals.
During the integration phase
Lead, coordinate, and assist customer integrations from initial analysis and solution design through implementation and go‑live, ensuring fast time‑to‑live and adherence to best practices.
Work closely with the technical teams of fintechs, software vendors, banks, insurers, and other financial institutions to define the best way to connect to our APIs.
Ensure the technical design meets the customer's business, regulatory, and compliance requirements, in close collaboration with internal Sales, Compliance, Finance, and Product teams.
Secure alignment and commitment from the customer's technical stakeholders regarding the integration approach, timelines, and responsibilities.
Provide clear and regular updates on integration status, risks, and next steps to all stakeholders.
