Responsibilities:
Lead the creative vision and direction for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
Oversee the design team, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Develop visual concepts for social media, ads, websites, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
Ensure all creative output aligns with brand standards and marketing objectives.
Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and best practices in eCommerce and digital marketing.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in art direction, preferably in eCommerce, advertising, or creative agencies.




Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns and brand work.
Expertise in design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to think strategically while maintaining attention to visual details.
Creative, innovative, and data-informed mindset.
