Director of AI Data Centre Product Strategy & GTM (EMEA) - Remote
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior AI Data Centre Software Strategy & GTM Lead to define and drive our European software strategy for deploying next-gen AI Accelerators and Processors into enterprise and cloud data centres. You will translate European workload needs, ecosystem dynamics, and regulatory priorities into crisp product roadmaps and go-to-market execution.
Key Responsibilities
European Software Strategy: Serve as the strategic voice of the European market to HQ product management and engineering.
Regional Localisation: Tailor strategy to address European nuances, including data sovereignty, AI governance, energy efficiency, and sovereign cloud requirements.
Go-To-Market Enablement: Build high-impact GTM assets—value props, technical explainers, competitive positioning, and launch materials for CSPs, telcos, ISVs, and enterprise clients.
Ecosystem Integration:



Define strategies to integrate our AI software assets into complex single- or multi-vendor data centre stacks.
Market Feedback Loop: Capture developer friction, software gaps, and competitive objections from regional engagements to refine future product lines.
What We’re Looking For
Deep AI Infrastructure Expertise: Strong background in Data Centre AI, cloud-native software, and deploying/optimizing large-scale AI models in production.
AI Frameworks & Runtimes: Direct exposure to orchestration tools and inference engines ( Kubernetes, Ray, vLLM, TGI ).
Heterogeneous Compute: Solid understanding of compute architectures ( GPUs, CPUs, NPUs, custom accelerators ) and model-serving dynamics (KV cache optimisation, compilers, topology-aware placement).
Performance Optimisation: Proven capability balancing latency, throughput, power efficiency, and scalability across data centre workloads.
