About the Role
Our subsidiary COSCO SHIPPING Lines (Spain) S.A. seeking an
Import Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d)
to manage delivery orders, documentation, and customer communication for import operations.
Main Responsibilities
Provide arrival information and delivery updates to customers.
Respond to customer calls and emails promptly and professionally.
Offer transport service options and quotations (Truck or TECO + Truck).
Verify all documentation is correct (BL release,



consignee authorization, etc.).
Create and manage delivery orders accurately.
Check payments and confirm deliveries.
Notify customers of any delays or delivery issues.
Send Proof of Delivery (POD) and ensure proper follow-up.
Requirements & Background
University degree or higher education qualification.
Minimum
1 year of experience in the maritime or logistics sector .
High level of
English
and proficiency in
Microsoft Office
tools.
Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
Empathy, efficiency, and problem-solving ability.
Commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Basic training in
environmental protection
